Our cakes are for those who are on a gluten-free diet and any other free from diets, and for all everyone who is health conscious. We tailor each of our cakes to each individual's diet requirements.
We are a health conscious bakery, therefore our priority is healthy cakes and our goal is to making them as organic and healthy and possible. If you are someone who is looking to order an impressive full of characters made of fondants and other decorative items made from sugar, - sorry, you are in the wrong place as we don't do it.
We are a 100% gluten-free bakery, therefore yes, we make gluten-free only.
We strive to make all of our baking products as safe and free of allergens as possible . However, some cakes in keto or low calorie categories may contain dairy, eggs and nuts. ORDERING & DELIVERY PROCESS
Contact us via our contact form or on our whatsapp number : +971508252628 and we will be delighted to discuss your individual requirements. All of our cakes are made to order and it is almost certain that no two cakes are the same as the message, colour scheme and decoration are unique to you.
In general, we advise our customers to place orders with us at least 2 days in advance. Please note, Orders placed after 2 pm are treated as if they came in the next business day. Therefore the delivery in this case will be delivered to you in 2 days, unless you requested it at a later date. For customised birthday/celebration cakes we require minimum 3 working days and 7 to 10 days for wedding cakes. Some cakes and pies are available for same day delivery which you can find on the SAME DAY DELIVERY CAKES collection page.
Once you paid online, you will receive the automatic order confirmation generated from our website, on your email. Next our representative will be contacting you on your WhatsApp number to confirm the details and get from you the location details for your order delivery. We try to accommodate all our customers accordingly. However, we can not guarantee the delivery at a specific time, unfortunately. We offer 3 time slots for delivery:9 am - 1 pm1 pm - 5 pm5pm - 9 and we will deliver during the time slot you selected at the checkout on our website. We strongly recommend scheduling the delivery for the day before you actually need it, so that you are guaranteed to have it on the day at the specific time.
We always advise the right size cake to feed the number of people attending your event or party. However some cakes, especially the novelty-shaped cakes, are only available in one size due to the shape and style of the design. Wherever we mention portions we are basing this on a slice size approximately 6cm by 3.5cm by 1.5cm. For ordinary cakes, the following sizes are recommended: 14 cm cake - 4 servings (portions) ; 16 cm - 6 servings; 18 cm - 8 servings; 20 cm - 10 servings; 22 cm - 12 servings and so on.
If you see the size of the cake mentioned 16-18 cm in 1 kg, it means it will either be made in size of 16 cm wide or 18 cm which will not affect its weight, and which means, if the cake is made in 16 cm, it will be taller than the one which will be made in 18 cm. We normally like to make tall cakes, therefore, in case you prefer it to be wider in diameter rather than taller, please let us know and we will happily do so.
We provide requested writing on the cake as well as some small adding free of charge. However some extra special toppings are provided at additional charge. Please make sure to mention all the details during your ordering process to ensure you are paying the correct price for your cake.
We try our best to match each cake to its original version. However please allow slight difference since it is a handmade product and it is normal to have slight differences of each cake, as well as sometimes, depending on a season, it might be difficult to find some certain fruits or berries and we might have to replace some decorations . In case you are not keen on certain decorations, for example, if you donβt like flowers or fruits on your cake, please specify this during ordering process.
Yes, we certainly can, at your request and free of charge. Moreover, we can include flowers at your request which will be provided by our partners at additional cost.
We deliver across all the Emirates 7 days a week from 10 am to 9 pm. Most orders are normally fulfilled and delivered between 10 am and 9 pm depending on your time selection during ordering process. Delivery Fees: AED 30.00 within Dubai areas and AED 50 for all other Emirates. For orders above AED 200 within Dubai areas, the delivery is free of charge. All deliveries in Green Community/DP - free of charge. Method used for delivery We deliver in chilled transportation.
Due to the nature of our organic healthy cakes, we do not create any design which involves sugar, eg. sugar waffle paper, sugar fondant etc. We decorate our cakes with organic products, like fruits. chocolate and flowers. Our wedding cakes are constructed using the following items: toothpicks, metal wires, wooden/plastic rods & plates inside the cake which are meant for support. These items are safe and meant to be used in food items, they are visible and obvious, please ensure they are all removed during cake cutting to avoid any potential choking hazards.
INGREDIENTS, NUTRITION, ALLERGY INFORMATION AND STORAGE ADVISE
CIn order to keep up with healthy living of our clients we use organic ingredients and we do NOT use refined sugar in any of our cakes. We use natural plant based sugars and safe sugar replacements. Depending on a cake chosen, it will have one or two of the following natural sugars: maple syrup, agave syrup, date syrup, coconut syrup, stevia syrup, coconut sugar, organic cane sugar, monkfruit, erythritol, stevia, xylitol, isomalt. In case if you are allergic to any of these ingredients, please notify us immediately by sending us an email or a quick WhatsApp note on our number: +971508252628 . All of our cakes and desserts are gluten-free. If you are lactose or dairy intolerant, we have a dedicated page with lactose free and dairy menu options. However, in general, any cakes which has a dairy is possible to make dairy-free. So, if you saw a cake which has diary products, do send us a whatsapp message requesting to make the cake dairy or lactose free : +971508252628. For vegan clients we do not use dairy and eggs. In our Raw vegan cakes we use : fruits, berries, coconut, nuts, cacao butter, raw unsweetened cacao powder, 100% dark unsweetened chocolate, extra virgin coconut oil, coconut butter, flaxseeds, chia seeds, coconut milk and super foods powders , such as matcha, spirulina, pink pataya, beetroot, dragon fruit, turmeric, maqui berry, lucuma, maca, pshyllium husk. In keto menu we use natural sugar replacement with 0 calories , such as monkfruit, erythritol, stevia and gluten free flours, such almond flour, coconut flour, pshyllium husk. Please note we do use eggs and dairy products in this category, unless you request otherwise. For our low calorie/high protein cakes we use eggs and low fat dairy products such as: milk, cottage cheese, ricotta, and gluten free flours such as rice flour, oat flour, almond flour, coconut flour, oat bran flour. As in Keto cakes we do not use sugar in these category, but 0 calories natural sugar free replacements" stevia, erythritol. monkfruit, isomalt, xyiitol and similar blends.

Dairy-free products contain no milk or milk products while lactose-free products may still contain milk, just without the lactose. In our vegan menu we use dairy free products. In our lactose free menu we still use dairy products but without lactose.A milk allergy is different from lactose intolerance. When someone has a milk protein allergy, their bodyβs immune system has an abnormal response to dairy and dairy products.If you require dairy free products, please specify at the time of placing your order.

Dairy free products often contain less protein, calories and/or calcium compared to their lactose free alternatives. Dairy free is also not the ideal choice if you have various other allergies (like nuts, soy or seeds).Lactose free products allow for less restriction in your overall diet and may allow you to get in more protein and calcium compared to dairy free. Lactose free dairy is easier to digest, especially if you have lactose intolerance or another digestive issue. It is also a more ideal form of nutrition for those with other food allergies (nut, seed or legumes). The biggest con of a lactose free diet is that it is not appropriate for milk protein allergies or for those with other dietary restrictions due to cultural/religious beliefs.

These are the cakes made out of plant based organic and unrefined products only, such as: nuts, fruits, berries, coconuts, dates, dried and freeze dried fruits, powders, superfoods, extra virgin coconut oil, raw cacao butter, unsweetened cacao powder and natural syrup sweeteners. Unlike the traditional baking process, the creation of raw cakes does not require heat. In order to make raw cakes and desserts we use such binders as coconut oil, raw cacao butter, dried fruits and settle them in fridge instead, which means you can enjoy cakes in their organic unprocessed form and get all of the nutrition that comes from the ingredientsβ most natural and raw form. Since heat nor gas is used in the process, the texture of the cake comes out less spongy and more dense. Certain techniques have to be used in the cake making process to imitate similar tastes and textures, but raw cakes still come with their own unique twist. All Raw cakes are kept in the fridge and last up to 5 days. If kept in the freezer, they can last for up to 3 months.
