Ingredients:

- 1 Β½ cups of gluten-free ladyfingers (or gluten-free sponge cake)

- 1 Β½ cups of brewed coffee, cooled

- Β½ cup of granulated sugar

- 1 cup of mascarpone cheese (gluten-free)

- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder (gluten-free)

- 2 large eggs, separated

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

- Pinch of salt

- Optional: gluten-free chocolate shavings or grated chocolate for garnish

Instructions:

1️⃣ In a shallow dish, combine the cooled brewed coffee and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Dip each gluten-free ladyfinger into the coffee mixture briefly, then arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a cake tin until covered.

2️⃣ In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and the remaining sugar until well combined and light in color. Add the mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract, and continue to whisk until smooth.

3️⃣ In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated.

4️⃣ Pour half of the mascarpone mixture over the layer of dipped ladyfingers. Repeat the process with another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.

5️⃣ Sift the cocoa powder evenly over the top layer of the tiramisu. You can also add gluten-free chocolate shavings or grated chocolate for an extra touch.

Also , to make it more chocolate, you can bake chocolate sponge, cut it on to three layers and alternate it with the ladyfingers cake very jug it with mascarpone cream too. Don’t forget to brush these layers with coffee mixture as well.Β
